Professor Francis Dodoo holds a dual appointment as Full Professor of Sociology and Demography at the Pennsylvania State University, and as Professor of Demography at the Regional Institute of Population Studies, University of Ghana. His academic prowess has been made manifest with the over 50 research publications he has to his name. Prof Dodoo has directed a number of academic and research programmes both in Africa and the western world.
He has also served on numerous boards across the globe comprising those of public and private universities. The retired athlete who predominantly competed in long and triple jumps has chalked significant success in Sports. He won a gold medal at the 1987 All- African Games and silver at the 1992 African Championship.
His current role as Chairman and founding member of the Ghana Athletics Association goes to endorse his love and passion for sports. Halges is immensely honoured to have the professor share his directions with the team.

Nelson Da Seglah is an information Technology consultant with over 15 years experience in developing and delivering Technology strategies, projects and solutions. Nelson has worked in various industries including manufacturing and financials services.
Nelson was Head of Technology of UT Bank for 10 years, leading the bank’s technology strategy development and implementation from Unique Trust financial services through growth, expansions into other industries including Insurance, Real Estates and Logistics and haulage. He was also a member of the teams that established UT in Nigeria, Germany and South Africa. He was the lead technology architect through the acquisition and merger of BPI Bank and UT financial services to form UT Bank. Nelson’s core responsibility was to ensure a technology strategy, systems and processes were in alignment with the business strategy, values and culture of the institution.
He supported in the migration of the various legacy systems of the 2 merging entities onto a single Temenos T24 banking platform.Under his leadership, Nelson established the e-business of the bank and electronic products including Internet and mobile banking, ATMs and card products including Visa. He also established the first EMV card personalization plant in Ghana. These successes led to UT bank being recognized as the Best bank IT/e-Business in 2011. Nelson is also the brain behind innovations like the UT Bank bank-on-wheels and bank-on-feet.
Prior to joining UT, Nelson worked with Unilever Ghana limited as Manager IT Applications Development. While at that role, he successfully automated various processes including the trade distribution module (ULTRA), the time and attendance and payroll system. Within the 27months of his work in Unilever, Nelson was awarded the Most Enterprising Culture award for 2003. In 2004, won the Unilever IT Gold award for the best IT project globally (Interspec). Nelson is currently the Chief Enabling Officer at Halges Limited developers of Korba. Korba is a ubiquitous cross platform payment system that enables users to perform financial transactions securely & congenially.

Ketorglo Amuzu is the author of the book “Living Naked, Wit & wisdom of Prince Kofi Amoabeng” and a chattered member of ACCA. Daniel has over 12 years’ working experience spanning various areas in Accounts and Finance. Before joining UT, he worked as accounts officer with an international airline and SGS group of Companies- (Society General De Surveillance Ghana) and has also worked in various accounting and Finance related capacities within the UT Group of Companies.
His core areas of expertise cover: Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation and Monitoring, Performance Management Reporting, Treasury and Cash Management, Regulatory Reporting, Leadership and People Management, Business Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Fixed Asset Management& Reporting, Board Reporting, Creating Manuals and Policy Documents for new Business Entities/Departments; and a skill set in accounting for start-ups.
Mrs Pearl Esua-Mensah is a Chartered Accountant.She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds a BSc. Administration degree from University of Ghana Legon and MBA from the Manchester Business School. She was the deputy Managing Director for UT Bank and also group Director of Finance and Administration of UT Group of companies.
She has extensive experience in accounting and Financial Management. She worked as Group Financial Accountant for Data Layout Ltd and Group Reporting Accountant for Parity Group PLC and Kantor Group, all in the United Kingdom. She is currently the founder and CEO of Finiks Business Hub and servicing on boards of 10 companies comprising startups and established brands.
Albert Biga is an ICT & Business Process Automation expert with over to 20 years’ practice. His professional practice spans software design, implementation & business process automation. His international experience across the sub-region was with Intel Corp, Ford Foundation-West Africa, USAID/West Africa Trade Hub, the SOFT tribe among others. Albert has a BSc in Mathematical Science from the University of Ghana Legon.
He is a successful entrepreneur having founded a number of technology businesses as well as Real Estate interests. Albert is very passionate about technology and its application in business. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Zoobashop.com, Ghana’s Premier & Largest e-commerce Retail Store.
Zoobashop was founded in 2013 as the first online retail store in Ghana. Albert Biga led the wholly Ghanaian team to grow the business to its current success story. It was adjudged e-Commerce Company of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) in 2015
